Shortlists are built so that selections reflect audience behavior and brand expectations as defined in briefings.
Campaign structures outline creator tiers, platform mix, deliverables, and rollout sequences to meet strategic goals. Structures coordinate deliverables and timelines to align media investment with client objectives.
Client-facing strategy presentations and recommendation documents present options and plans with clarity. Presentations communicate the rationale and expected outcomes to stakeholders across teams.
Strategic content territories and creator directions generate ideas and identify opportunities for campaigns. Territories and directions are explored to support campaign ideation and content planning.
Execution teams receive approved plans and coordinate implementation to ensure delivery matches specifications. Plans are handed to execution teams to maintain fidelity to the strategy and WPP Open workflows.

Requirements
Two to four years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social strategy is required.
Understanding of Malaysia's creator ecosystem and local platform best practices must be demonstrated. Demonstration ensures relevance to the regional market and client expectations.
Experience with creator discovery and analytics tools is an advantage. Familiarity with these tools supports efficient assessment and measurement of campaigns.
Analytical, presentation, and communication abilities are strong and evident. These abilities underpin clear strategy development and stakeholder engagement with clients.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential. Mastery supports accurate planning, reporting, and data validation for media planning.
