What you'll do
Marketing data is gathered, cleaned, analyzed, and evaluated to quantify campaign performance and guide innovation.
Media measurement is implemented and validated using A/B testing, matched market tests, and statistical validation to ensure accuracy.
Program and project issues are identified early, escalated appropriately, and resolved to protect timelines and objectives.
Data and insights are transformed into visually compelling presentations for diverse stakeholders.
Advertising campaign insights are communicated as clear stories that inform decisions and inspire action.
Cross-practices are studied to tailor recommendations so insights drive measurable business outcomes.
Product offerings and changes are tracked to assess impacts on analytics and media performance.
Vendor and client conversations are managed occasionally to align on measurement, expectations, and outcomes.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree from a top-tier college with a 3.0 GPA or equivalent is required.
C1 English language proficiency or equivalent is required.
At least 1-3 years of experience in a marketing analytics role, preferably within a media agency, is required.
Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is required, with Google Workspace as a bonus.
Experience measuring both brand and direct response campaigns is required.
Strong project management, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
Detail orientation and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure are required.
A natural affinity for numbers and data-driven problem solving is required.
Experience with core ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CM360 is required.
Nice to have
Experience with generative AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT is beneficial.
Experience with programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python is beneficial.
Practical notes
This role is based in Colombian or Mexican territory and requires a valid work permit for these countries.
Remote work arrangements do not permit employment or relocation outside these territories.
