In this position, you will oversee the complete recruitment process while collaborating with various internal teams to create effective hiring strategies. The primary focus of this role is to attract exceptional engineering talent within the local market, ensuring that each candidate enjoys a positive experience throughout their recruitment journey.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring managers, utilizing data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, fostering strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience.
- Innovate sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-quality engineering professionals.
- Partner with the Employer Brand and Marketing teams to organize local recruitment initiatives and events that promote the company.
- Support hiring teams with onboarding processes, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive offers.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify and address hiring challenges, contributing to the enhancement of global recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with the People team to enhance the overall employee experience and support retention strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Engage in networking activities to build a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring a broad range of candidates are considered.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of experience in an in-house recruitment role, preferably within the tech or engineering sectors.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese is essential for effective communication.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and source high-quality talent through various channels.
- Strong understanding of company culture and the ability to assess candidates for cultural fit.
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
Nice to have
- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of the local tech ecosystem and engineering talent landscape.
- Previous experience in a fast-growing startup or tech company.
- Certification in HR or recruitment practices would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools to enhance recruitment strategies.

Practical notes
- This position is hybrid, requiring you to work in the office at least three days a week. Candidates must be able to commute to the office or be willing to relocate.
- The compensation package includes Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a budget for self-development, health and dental insurance for you and your dependents, life insurance, and access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
