Talent Development Specialist
This role defines a structured pathway for developing people and capabilities across the organization. As a Talent Development Specialist, you will establish learning frameworks that promote continuous professional growth. You own the full journey of learning initiatives, from initial intake through to measurable outcomes. The position requires close collaboration with regional partners to ensure high-quality delivery. Data will guide your decisions as you translate insights into actionable learning strategies.
Location and Work Model
This hybrid role is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. You will work a mix of office and remote days. During the initial phase, you will be present in the office to immerse yourself in company practices. Following this period, you will maintain a schedule of at least three days in the office per week.
Key Responsibilities
You will design and manage learning experiences that align with organizational objectives. Creating intake processes will be a core function, allowing you to identify skill gaps and development needs. You will analyze current capabilities and build targeted strategies to close those gaps. Your work will support specific squads and their performance goals.
You will facilitate learning sessions, including company onboarding programs and leadership development initiatives. Delivery may occur in person at offsite locations when appropriate. You will manage a global calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure consistent coverage. Engagement in worldwide learning campaigns will be part of your remit.
A significant portion of the role involves acting as a local Product Owner for core learning tools. You will be the primary contact for regional data and content accuracy. Regular updates and maintenance of content will be required. You will also support coaching and mentoring for new team members upon request.
Strategic Analysis and Insights
You will conduct learning needs analysis to identify priority areas for development. This work will feed into performance discussions such as Management By Review and Quarterly Business Reviews. You will prepare data-led presentations for stakeholders to illustrate the impact of learning programs. Your reports will highlight participation rates, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
Required Capabilities
Success in this role depends on strong project management skills. You will apply design thinking to the creation of learning solutions. Comfort with interpreting complex data is essential. You will transform raw information into clear, visually engaging materials.
A consultative approach will guide your problem-solving. You will work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. Managing relationships with diverse stakeholders will be a daily activity. Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
