About the role
You architect external narratives for Wise Platform and own market positioning across the product suite. Mapping buyer language to complex payments, you convert technical workflows into demand creation. Driving the content engine, you coordinate with commercial teams to align campaigns with business goals. You synthesize intricate product capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with sophisticated enterprise audiences. You act as the voice of the customer, translating market signals into actionable positioning for the organization. You own the strategic narrative that differentiates Wise in a crowded financial infrastructure landscape. You ensure that every external touchpoint reflects a consistent and powerful brand message.

What you'll do
Draft precise value narratives for ideal customer profiles across the Wise Platform suite.
Translate cross-border payment mechanics into public content strategy and commercial guidance documents.
Establish a multi-channel launch framework supporting new modules and category announcements.
Author flagship assets such as benchmark reports and product vision whitepapers for editorial direction.
Shape field messaging for events and analyst briefings while managing public proof points.
Orchestrate campaign briefs for email nurture streams and paid media initiatives globally.
Guide regional teams in London, Austin, and Singapore to align messaging with local markets.
Partner with product management and demand generation to synchronize roadmap communication.
Navigate CRM platforms to refine buyer data and optimize targeting for enterprise segments.
Operate strategically and tactically to scale the external product marketing engine efficiently.
Champion data-driven decision making by analyzing content performance and refining go-to-market approaches.
Collaborate with design and editorial partners to transform complex data into clear and persuasive visuals.
Identify competitive whitespace and develop counter-narratives that protect and grow market share.
Champion the customer perspective in internal discussions to ensure product and marketing alignment.
Requirements
8-10 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or hybrid GTM roles within B2B SaaS.
Proven capacity to build messaging architectures and ICP definitions for complex enterprise buyers.
History of working in fast-paced startups or scale-ups from Series A through Series C environments.
Ability to connect thought leadership to evaluation assets that generate buyer interest and pipeline.
Skill in navigating CRM tools to manage customer data and market interactions.
Capability to maintain strategic oversight while handling hands-on execution in lean teams.
Strong stakeholder management across product, sales, and senior regional leadership.
Commitment to inclusive collaboration and building solutions that serve a global customer base.
Nice to have
Direct experience in cross-border payments including FX and embedded finance solutions.
Background marketing software to banks or financial institutions directly.
Experience managing analyst relations and shaping category briefings.
