You will own the growth and authenticity of the personal brand and social media presence of our Head of Patient Care, acting as a primary content partner in shaping their public narrative. You will build a content calendar and production workflow that supports consistent posting aligned with the brand voice of Winona. This role requires you to function as a strategic storyteller, translating healthcare topics into accessible and engaging narratives for a women's health audience. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency across all content you produce. You will work hand in hand with the marketing and creative team to ensure that every piece of content supports broader brand objectives. You will treat feedback as a core part of the process, iterating quickly to improve the content you create. Ultimately, you will be the dedicated voice and eyes behind the camera that helps this leader establish credibility and trust online.

What you'll do
- Film our designated team member on a recurring basis using both an iPhone and professional camera equipment with high-quality audio.
- Capture a variety of content formats including talking-head videos, B-roll footage, behind-the-scenes content, and short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Ensure strong lighting, framing, audio quality, and overall composition across all footage you produce.
- Adapt filming styles and formats based on platform best practices and audience preferences.
- Execute creative briefs and shot lists provided by the marketing team with precision and attention to detail.
- Translate written concepts into engaging, high-performing video content that resonates with viewers.
- Suggest creative hooks, trends, filming styles, and content ideas that align with current social media dynamics.
- Stay current on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Build a comfortable and personable relationship with the team member being filmed to ensure a natural on-camera presence.
- Help guide talent during filming, including positioning, pacing, delivery, and retakes when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling shoots, preparing locations, and setting up equipment to ensure smooth production days.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and collaborative presence during shoots to foster a productive environment.
- Deliver raw footage to the internal creative team promptly after filming sessions to keep projects moving.
- Organize files clearly by project, content type, and date to streamline the editing and publishing process.
Requirements
- Located in or near Easley, SC, ensuring reliable access to the in-person filming environment.
- Current college student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media, or a related field.
- Comfortable filming with both an iPhone and professional camera equipment to meet diverse production needs.
- Familiarity with external microphones, lighting, and basic production setup to maintain professional quality.
- Strong understanding of short-form content trends and social-first storytelling techniques.
- Reliable, organized, and able to maintain a recurring filming schedule that supports consistent content output.
- Must have personal equipment suitable for content creation and remote work to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.
- Must be able to work in-person in Easley, SC, with no remote alternatives available for this position.
- Must commit to the duration of the internship as outlined in the engagement terms.
- Must adhere to the brand guidelines and communication standards set by the Winona team.
- Must respect the confidentiality of proprietary information, creative concepts, and business strategies.
