What you'll do
Edit diverse video formats, including user-generated content, explainer segments, and short-form digital clips tailored for 15, 30, and 60 second durations across various social platforms.
Ensure cohesive brand alignment across all video deliverables while incorporating creative expression that enhances visual storytelling without diluting the core message.
Orchestrate and complete multiple video projects simultaneously, adhering strictly to established deadlines and managing time efficiently within a dynamic workflow.
Partner closely with project managers and marketing strategists to interpret briefs and realize creative concepts through precise execution and iterative revisions.
Maintain fluency in current video editing methodologies and technological advancements by actively exploring new tools, plugins, and industry best practices.
Conduct comprehensive quality checks on video outputs to verify technical standards, audio synchronization, and visual consistency before public release.
Organize digital assets and project files in a logical structure to facilitate efficient collaboration and swift retrieval of materials for future campaigns.
Adapt editing techniques to suit the specific requirements of different social media channels, optimizing format, pacing, and visual hierarchy for each platform.
Support the content pipeline by preparing video assets for distribution, ensuring metadata is accurate and files are properly formatted for upload.

Requirements
Possess a minimum of 3 years of verified professional video editing experience in a relevant capacity.
Present a robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video editing skills, including examples of social media and digital content.
Exhibit expert-level proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, including timeline navigation, keyboard shortcuts, and advanced editing techniques.
Demonstrate advanced competence in Adobe After Effects, particularly in motion graphics, keying, and animation principles.
Understand the complete post-production workflow, encompassing editing, motion graphics integration, sound synchronization, and color correction processes.
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and collaborators through both written and verbal exchanges.
Function autonomously on projects while also thriving in a collaborative team environment where ideas are shared openly.
Own a personal computer with reliable internet connectivity that meets the technical specifications required for running professional editing software smoothly.
