What you'll do
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

- Experience in the construction industry or related fields, with a solid understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in project settings.
