What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
