Digital Coordinator (BIM Coordinator
Job description
About the role
Willowinc is seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist in the deployment of our Operational AI platform for complex infrastructure. You will work within our Customer Engineering department to manage project data, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and ensure the successful delivery of digital twins for our clients. In this capacity, you will own the coordination of data flow between engineering teams and the digital twin platform, ensuring that all project information is accurate and accessible. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of building data as it transitions from design documentation to operational models. The role requires active participation in client deployment projects where your work will directly influence the reliability of the digital twin outputs. You will leverage structured processes to validate and organize information related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This position is critical in bridging the gap between technical design and operational deployment through precise data management.
