About the role

You will serve as the primary liaison between technical build teams and commercial stakeholders for deployment initiatives. This role owns the orchestration of project lifecycles from initial intake through steady-state operations within client environments. You translate ambiguous operational requirements into structured workstreams that align technical builds with business objectives. The position requires coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure coherent and high-quality delivery of digital twin solutions. You will manage the execution of deployment activities on behalf of the Customer Engineering department. This is an individual contributor role focused on execution and coordination for strategic customer accounts. You will drive long-term value for Willow by ensuring operational realities are integrated into digital model builds.

• Map and refine intake procedures for project data and requirements in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Design build workflows that integrate physical sensors with digital operational information to create unified representations.

• Work across different time zones to collaborate effectively with internal specialists and external partner organizations.

Requirements

• You must hold a minimum of three years of experience coordinating projects in a professional setting.
• You need three to five years of experience handling roles that span multiple subject areas where full expertise is not required.
• An understanding of how building systems operate and how digital models represent physical spaces is necessary for this role.
• You must be able to explain intricate technical subjects to diverse teams and ensure all choices are well documented.
• The ability to work across time zones and collaborate with both internal and external partners is mandatory for success.
• You must adhere to the scope and operational workflows defined by the Willow operational AI platform standards.
• You need to ensure that intake procedures are handled with a high level of clarity and precision to avoid rework.
• You must maintain strict confidentiality regarding client data and operational details at all times.
