About the role
As a , you will play a pivotal role in leading the creative development of Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) projects. This position requires collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to align with business goals. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, managing licensing partnerships, and ensuring that all projects adhere to brand standards and timelines.

What you'll do
- Lead the creative development process for LBE initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand vision.
- Create and oversee detailed project plans that involve internal teams, third-party vendors, and licensees, establishing clear goals, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage licensing partnerships to ensure compliance with brand standards and approval processes while maintaining project schedules.
- Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects remain on-brand, on-time, and within budget.
- Foster strong relationships and facilitate effective communication with licensors, licensees, design partners, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders across various territories and time zones.
- Provide constructive feedback and approvals for creative submissions across multiple workstreams, including entertainment, marketing, merchandising, and guest experience.
- Assist in the prequalification, selection, and evaluation of vendors, offering recommendations as necessary.
- Track project progress and deliver regular updates, managing design reviews with various vendors and coordinating stakeholder feedback and approvals.
- Develop and maintain project processes, including responsibility assignment matrices (RACI), timelines, budgets, and other essential documentation.
- Support the coordination of project delivery and launch readiness across creative, operational, and partner workstreams.
- Review and monitor IP approval processes to ensure adherence to all creative and licensing guidelines.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess creative outcomes, process efficiency, and goal achievement.
- Prepare presentations, project summaries, meeting materials, and internal reports to communicate project status and outcomes effectively.
- Collaborate with regional licensing teams to ensure project activities align with broader commercial objectives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or substantial experience in managing Location-Based Entertainment, themed entertainment, live events, or similar experiential projects is essential.
- Proven track record of delivering guest-facing experiences from concept to launch, coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and operational teams.
- Qualification in project management or equivalent professional experience in related fields such as themed entertainment, architecture, or design.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects through development, approvals, delivery, and launch phases in partner-facing environments.
- Experience collaborating with licensors, licensees, operators, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Strong understanding of IP brand standards, approval processes, and the delivery of experiential projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams and external partners.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially aware, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, international environments, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work across various time zones and non-standard business hours as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with design review processes, fit-out coordination, and construction documentation is advantageous.
- Experience working with branded destinations, ticketed experiences, or internationally licensed projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of immersive experiences and hospitality projects would be beneficial.
