Position Overview: Freelance SEO Specialist

We are currently looking for a skilled freelance SEO Specialist to join our growing SEO team. This role is integral to the continued enhancement of our SEO capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth keyword research, effectively using keyword planning resources, and optimizing content to meet strategic goals. Your work will directly contribute to the visibility and performance of our clients' digital properties.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position are varied and require a high level of technical skill and strategic thinking. The core areas of ownership include:

• Conducting comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities.
• Utilizing keyword planning tools to inform strategy and content decisions.
• Performing meticulous metadata optimization for improved search visibility.
• Optimizing content to ensure it aligns with search intent and best practices.
• Executing on-page optimization techniques to enhance website performance.
• Handling keyword translation with precision between English and Estonian, and vice versa.
• Managing data handling and organization to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Creating compelling SEO copy that resonates with target audiences.

Educational and Professional Requirements

• Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field, or having equivalent professional experience.
• Possessing a minimum of one year of hands-on experience specifically within the SEO domain.
• Demonstrating a strong working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript specifically for SEO implementation.
• Having an in-depth understanding of search engine best practices, including those for Google, Bing, Baidu, and other major engines.
• Proving a history of delivering successful outcomes through strategic SEO initiatives.
• Showing extensive experience with analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, and WebTrends.
• Using advanced proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis and professional reporting.
• Expert-level capability with third-party SEO analysis platforms such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Majestic.
• Exhibiting exceptional organizational abilities and time management to consistently meet deadlines.
• Understanding the interplay between SEO and other marketing channels, such as display advertising, affiliates, social media, print, television, and email.

It is essential that successful applicants have an Office 365 license installed on their personal devices to fulfill the requirements of this position.
