About the role
At Wellhub, we are seeking a Go-To-Market Engineer to own the design and execution of AI-powered automation strategies that directly power our revenue engine in Brazil. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our outbound go-to-market motions, from data enrichment to lead conversion, ensuring all workflows align with our strategic ICP. This role owns the critical bridge between technical systems and commercial outcomes, translating business requirements into scalable automations. You will own the day-to-day operations and optimization of our core sales and marketing technology stack in the Brazilian market. In this position, you will be responsible for building the data pipelines and automated workflows that allow our global teams to scale efficiently. Your work will directly influence how we attract, convert, and retain enterprise customers worldwide. You will own the experimentation framework that tests and validates every hypothesis we run in the region. Ultimately, you will help shape a healthier world by ensuring our mission-driven platform reaches the companies that need it most.

What you'll do
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered data enrichment systems and automated workflows using tools such as Clay, Zapier, n8n, Salesforce, and Salesloft to identify and prioritize Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospects.
Automate highly personalized messaging sequences and deliver actionable account intelligence to SDRs and Closers to increase conversion rates across the Brazilian market.
Drive, prioritize, and analyze A/B experiments and outbound pilots to accelerate regional pipeline generation and systematically remove operational bottlenecks.
Serve as the internal subject matter expert and day-to-day operator for Clay, Salesloft, and Salesforce configurations specific to the assigned region.
Partner closely with Global Strategy, Sales Dev Directors, Marketing, and Revenue Ops leaders to track funnel performance and synthesize feedback loops that influence regional commercial strategy.

Own the definition, execution, and optimization of the end-to-end revenue operations workflow from lead generation to closed deal.
Utilize no-code and low-code platforms to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new automation ideas that drive measurable revenue impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to document processes, establish standards, and ensure operational excellence across all touchpoints.
Identify inefficiencies in current go-to-market motions and architect solutions that reduce manual effort and increase team productivity.
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for the engineering and product teams to implement.
Champion a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement in all GTM activities.
Requirements
You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to influence cross-functional stakeholders across international teams effectively.
You must have a proven track record in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Technical Product Management, or Project Management managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
You must demonstrate experience building workflows and automations using CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as sales engagement tools like Salesloft or Apollo.
You must be comfortable working with orchestration platforms such as Clay, n8n, and Zapier to connect systems and automate data flows.
You must have a commercial bias and an ROI mindset, consistently focusing on practical outcomes that help sales teams validate opportunities and close deals.
You must be passionate about learning new tools, experimenting with AI platforms like Claude, Cursor, or AI Agents, and tinkering with automation workflows.
You must be able to operate with a high degree of ownership, proactively identifying problems and implementing solutions without requiring constant direction.
You must be detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The role is open to candidates located anywhere within Brazil, and remote work is fully supported. There are no specific hours mandated, allowing for flexibility in work schedules. No travel is required for this position, and there are no visa sponsorship requirements outlined at this time.
