About the role
You will architect and execute the automation backbone that powers our outbound motion in Brazil, designing AI-driven workflows that transform raw data into actionable sales intelligence. You will act as the central nervous system between Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Technical teams, ensuring seamless orchestration of go-to-market initiatives. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of GTM programs, from initial hypothesis through scaled execution and optimization. You will translate strategic commercial objectives into precise technical specifications that empower SDRs and Closers to perform at their peak. Your daily work will involve leveraging cutting-edge tools like Clay, Zapier, n8n, Salesforce, and Salesloft to build intelligent data pipelines. Ultimately, you will be the operational architect responsible for scaling our regional pipeline and ensuring our mission of workplace wellbeing reaches companies across Brazil.

What you'll do
Design and deploy AI-powered data enrichment systems and automated workflows that identify Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospects and channel high-intent leads directly to sales teams.
Build and manage highly personalized messaging workflows that deliver actionable account intelligence to SDRs and Closers, significantly increasing conversion rates across target accounts.
Drive, prioritize, and analyze A/B experiments and outbound pilots to accelerate regional pipeline generation and systematically remove operational bottlenecks.
Serve as the definitive subject matter expert and day-to-day operator for Clay, Salesloft, and Salesforce within the Brazilian market, ensuring optimal configuration and adoption.
Partner closely with Global Strategy, Sales Dev Directors, Marketing, and Revenue Ops leaders to track funnel performance, synthesize feedback loops, and influence regional commercial strategy.
Implement rigorous tracking and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into campaign performance, pipeline health, and ROI metrics.
Champion a culture of experimentation by continuously testing new hypotheses, documenting learnings, and scaling successful GTM motions across the region.
Leverage no-code and low-code automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, and Make to streamline repetitive tasks and accelerate go-to-market timelines.
Collaborate with technical partners to define requirements and roadmap enhancements for core GTM tools, ensuring the stack evolves with business needs.

Requirements
You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across international teams.
You must demonstrate a relentless focus on practical outcomes, consistently asking "how" and "why" to drive execution and measurable impact.
You must have a proven track record in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Technical Product Management, or Project Management managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
You must have hands-on experience building workflows and automations using CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as sales engagement tools like Salesloft.
You must be comfortable working with orchestration platforms such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, and Make to connect systems and automate processes.
You must thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly and you are comfortable wearing multiple hats to get the job done.
You must be highly analytical, comfortable with data, and capable of using insights to drive decision-making and optimize GTM performance.
You must be located in Brazil and able to work remotely from anywhere within the country, fully aligned with our remote-first philosophy.
