What you'll do
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Analyze market trends, user behavior data, and internal metrics to identify opportunities for new health and wellness initiatives.
- Create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate how new initiatives will function across the organization.
- Work with product managers to define success metrics, key performance indicators, and evaluate the performance of new programs.
- Translate complex business needs and stakeholder feedback into clear, structured specifications that technical teams can implement effectively.
- Conduct thorough competitive research to understand how similar digital health platforms approach new service offerings and features.
- Support the testing and validation of new features and workflows before they are launched to end users.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure user experience decisions align with broader business objectives and strategic goals.
- Prepare regular written reports and visual presentations that summarize initiative progress, risks, and outcomes for leadership and executives.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog of new initiative ideas, track them through each stage of the development cycle.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate creative, practical solutions for complex business challenges and opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators on an ongoing basis and recommend data-driven adjustments to improve initiative outcomes over time.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to assess the cost implications and resource needs of proposed new initiatives.
- Document lessons learned from each initiative to build institutional knowledge and improve future planning and execution processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field is required for this position.
- At least three years of professional experience in a business analyst, operations analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience working directly with product management teams in a technology, health technology, or related industry setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, set priorities, and meet firm deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with agile or iterative development methodologies and a comfort working within a rapid delivery framework.
- Proven skill in breaking down complex, ambiguous problems into structured, logical components that can be systematically analyzed.
- Experience using data visualization platforms to create clear, compelling charts, graphs, and dashboards for stakeholder review.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to gathering, organizing, and validating information from multiple sources.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL or other query languages for pulling and analyzing data independently without heavy engineering support.
- Background in digital health, fitness technology, or wellness platforms and a genuine interest in the sector.
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for presenting data insights to teams.
- Prior experience working in a startup or fast-growing company where roles are fluid and responsibilities shift quickly.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards relevant to the Brazilian market and digital health space.

- Jira or similar project tracking tools for managing initiative workflows, sprints, and cross-team dependencies effectively.
- PowerPoint or Google Slides for preparing polished stakeholder presentations, summaries, and executive-level briefing materials.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methods for interpreting data and drawing meaningful business conclusions.
