What you'll do

• Lead the finance and treasury functions, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and treasury roles, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in financial management, liquidity management, and risk assessment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong and internationally.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools, as well as experience with financial software systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
