This position requires you to design intricate workflows that automate communication sequences and manage the full trajectory of the lead lifecycle from initial awareness to closed deal. You will serve as the technical steward for our database, enforcing hygiene protocols and maintaining data integrity that underpins every campaign decision. Your strategic oversight will directly influence the efficiency of our lead nurturing programs and the accuracy of our forecasting models. You will partner closely with sales and product teams to align marketing technology capabilities with evolving business objectives. This role demands a blend of hands-on technical execution and high-level process optimization to drive operational excellence. You will leverage advanced analytics to identify bottlenecks within the marketing funnel and deploy solutions that enhance conversion rates. Ultimately, you will own the configuration and governance of the tools that enable our brand to communicate at scale.

What you'll do
Orchestrate the implementation and management of complex marketing automation journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support multi-stage B2B sales cycles.
Architect and maintain lead lifecycle frameworks that capture, nurture, and route prospects efficiently, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and sales readiness.
Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, segment, and analyze customer data, transforming raw information into strategic insights for targeting and personalization.
Design and deploy Email Studio campaigns utilizing advanced HTML and CSS techniques to ensure optimal rendering across diverse email clients and devices.
Configure and optimize Journey Builder strategies to automate cross-channel touchpoints, balancing cadence, content, and timing to maximize engagement.
Utilize Automation Studio to build sophisticated workflows that integrate data sources, trigger messages, and manage exception paths for robust campaign execution.
Perform comprehensive audits of marketing databases to identify duplicates, correct inaccuracies, and uphold the highest standards of data quality and compliance.
Analyze platform performance metrics and campaign results to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and recommend technical improvements to the marketing stack.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications for marketing automation processes and reporting dashboards.
Provide technical guidance and documentation for the marketing team, ensuring best practices are followed and the operational knowledge is retained within the department.
Administer and monitor the health of Salesforce CRM integrations, ensuring synchronization between Marketing Cloud and core CRM objects is seamless and accurate.
Lead the creation of dynamic content blocks and adaptive templates that respond to user behavior and profile attributes to increase message relevance.
Implement rigorous testing protocols for all automation sequences and email sends to validate logic, verify deliverability, and confirm compliance with industry standards.
Champion the adoption of SFMC certifications and continuous learning to keep the team updated on platform advancements and new feature capabilities.
Requirements
You must possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience focused on marketing operations within enterprise B2B SaaS environments, specifically managing complex marketing technology stacks.
You must demonstrate advanced technical proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hands-on experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
You must have deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, including a thorough understanding of standard and custom objects, automation flows, and advanced reporting methodologies.
You must be capable of writing efficient SQL code to manipulate data, create segments, and build queries that drive sophisticated audience targeting.
You must have a strong command of HTML and CSS to troubleshoot email rendering issues and customize templates to meet brand and functional requirements.
You must have a proven track record of building and managing end-to-end lead lifecycles, from the initial point of capture through to successful sales hand-off and conversion.
You must be able to analyze complex datasets and platform reports, translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for process optimization.
You must hold a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
