What you'll do
- Identify and address gaps in planning to enhance cross-functional alignment prior to the commencement of development projects.
- Collaborate with leaders from Product and Engineering to enhance the execution of the roadmap, ensuring visibility and accountability throughout the process.
- Facilitate planning sessions and manage dependencies across teams to mitigate risks and enhance predictability in delivery timelines.
- Oversee the operational aspects of intricate cross-functional projects from initial planning stages through to final delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Product Development processes, frameworks, and operational rhythms.
- Advocate for the adoption of best practices that promote effective planning and consistent execution across teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and insights related to roadmap execution and overall organizational health.
- Analyze and synthesize data to provide actionable insights that support informed decision-making and improve project outcomes.
- Identify areas of operational friction and opportunities for ongoing enhancements within the Product Development lifecycle.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field within a SaaS or technology organization.
- Proven track record in supporting large-scale annual and quarterly roadmap planning involving numerous product and engineering team members.
- Demonstrated success in executing complex product initiatives across multiple teams within product and engineering domains.
- Experience in designing and scaling operational processes and frameworks that enhance efficiency.
- Technical proficiency with tools such as Linear, Jira, and various analytics platforms, along with a solid understanding of engineering and delivery metrics.
- Familiarity with contemporary software development practices and methodologies.
- Strong analytical capabilities to convert data into actionable insights for product and engineering leadership.
- Experience in creating operational reports, metrics, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
- A solid understanding of how operational improvements can positively impact business outcomes, such as delivery predictability and time-to-market.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to effectively influence product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity, build consensus, and influence key stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve organizational friction and execution risks in a timely manner.

Practical notes
- This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the Lehi, UT office three days per week. If you reside outside of Utah, occasional travel to the headquarters will be necessary.
