What you'll do

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive email marketing campaigns that align with Wearewmx's overall marketing strategy.
• Segment email lists based on various criteria to ensure targeted messaging and improved engagement rates.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email copy and visually appealing templates that resonate with our audience.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts to determine the most effective strategies for driving engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in email marketing to ensure Wearewmx remains at the forefront of digital marketing strategies.
• Manage the email marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and promotions.
• Work closely with the sales team to align email marketing efforts with sales goals and customer outreach initiatives.
• Maintain and update the email marketing database to ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders regarding campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the development of automated email workflows to nurture leads and enhance customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
