What you'll do

Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive quality traffic to our website.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential search terms that align with our target audience and business goals.
Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring maximum ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and landing pages that resonate with our audience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to ensure our SEM strategies remain competitive.
Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to identify the most effective approaches.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring that all campaigns are executed within allocated financial parameters.
Utilize analytics tools to track user behavior and conversion rates, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
Engage in regular communication with cross-functional teams to align SEM efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for enhancing our digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in search engine marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM tools, with a strong understanding of SEM best practices.
Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, enabling you to identify trends and insights from campaign performance data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A solid understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with SEM strategies.

Nice to have

Experience with social media advertising and retargeting campaigns.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Previous experience in a digital marketing agency setting.
Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant SEM platforms.
