Key facts

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to create visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Design and develop user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, improving overall user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital design, applying new techniques and technologies to enhance our design processes.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency in visual elements across all projects.
• Work closely with developers during the implementation phase to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our marketing campaigns and product offerings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality in all deliverables.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Assist in creating engaging graphics and visual content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, mentoring junior designers and sharing knowledge to elevate the team's overall skill set.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in web and mobile design.
• Experience with responsive design and an understanding of how to create designs for various devices and screen sizes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work that meets user needs and business goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in motion design or animation, enhancing user engagement through dynamic visuals.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to create inclusive digital experiences.
• Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
