What you'll do

• Coordinate and oversee the product change process from inception to completion, ensuring that all modifications are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with product management, compliance, and operations teams to gather necessary information and insights regarding product changes.
• Conduct thorough analyses of existing products to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements based on market trends and client feedback.
• Prepare detailed documentation for product changes, including impact assessments, timelines, and communication plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by staying updated on relevant laws and guidelines that affect product offerings.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
