What you'll do
- Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of the firm's governance framework and oversight policies across all business units.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all governance-related matters and ensure consistent application of governance standards.

- Monitor compliance with internal governance policies and identify areas where processes can be strengthened or improved.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior governance or oversight role within a professional services or financial services environment.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams in a governance-focused capacity at an executive level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging effectively with executive and board-level audiences.

- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline such as law, business administration, or finance.
