What you'll do
- Oversee the daily NAV calculation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline NAV reporting processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Review and validate NAV calculations, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding NAV-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry best practices, ensuring that the NAV oversight processes remain compliant and up-to-date.
- Conduct training sessions for junior staff on NAV processes and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on NAV performance and operational metrics to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance the overall quality of NAV oversight.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fund administration, NAV oversight, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment funds, and the NAV calculation process.
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for NAV calculations and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Experience with financial software platforms and NAV calculation tools.
