About the role
You will define the technical vision and delivery strategy for a portfolio of high-impact programs that advance digital transformation for our most strategic clients. You will translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, executable roadmaps that leverage emerging technologies and data-driven insights. You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex engagements, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client business outcomes. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous learning. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, articulating the value of technology investments and the roadmap that supports them. You will establish and enforce standards for architecture, governance, and operational excellence across all practice initiatives. You will monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics, integrating new tools and methodologies to maintain our market leadership. You will manage key financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, resource allocation, and profitability targets.

What you'll do
Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for the delivery of digital transformation programs across a diverse set of client industries.
Architect and evolve the practice's technology roadmap, identifying opportunities to apply automation, artificial intelligence, and data analytics to solve complex client problems.
Define and implement a robust governance framework that aligns project milestones with corporate standards and client expectations.
Lead the development of comprehensive business cases and investment cases that clearly articulate the financial and operational impact of proposed solutions.
Champion innovation by establishing a center of excellence for emerging technologies and best practices within the organization.
Manage the allocation and development of technical resources, ensuring the right talent is deployed at the right time to meet project goals.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client executives to uncover strategic priorities and drive long-term engagement.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating alignment and decision-making at all levels.
Own the risk and issue management processes for the practice, proactively identifying challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.
Drive the adoption of agile and DevOps methodologies to accelerate delivery cycles and improve solution quality.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that position the practice as a leader in digital innovation and thought leadership.
Collaborate with the Operations and Business Development teams to identify new market opportunities and service line extensions.
Ensure all practice activities are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing lessons learned.
Requirements
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Must have a minimum of ten years of progressive experience in technology leadership, program management, or a related discipline.
Must demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex, multi-million dollar technology initiatives from conception to completion.
Must have in-depth knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
Must be highly proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and understand infrastructure and security best practices.
Must have strong experience with data analytics, business intelligence tools, and the ability to derive insights from large data sets.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
Must be willing to travel up to 25 percent of the time to client sites across North America and occasionally internationally.
Nice to have
Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement strategies is preferred.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory environments, such as healthcare or finance, is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with the Wadetrim proprietary methodology and tools is desirable for a smooth transition.
Experience in mentoring junior staff and developing leadership pipelines within a professional services environment.
Practical notes
Employees in this role will be required to travel up to 25 percent of the time.
This position may require occasional travel outside of normal business hours to support critical client needs.
