This role represents a significant leadership opportunity within our integrated business structure. You will guide complex client engagements from initial discovery through final delivery and ongoing support. The position owns strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and responsible execution for demanding assignments. You will translate ambiguous briefs into clear, actionable pathways while rigorously maintaining schedule integrity and building lasting client trust.
This position is based in Orlando, Florida, and operates as a full-time engagement. The compensation range is $130,000 to $160,000 annually.

Position Description
Success in this role demands a rare combination of strong technical, managerial, and financial acumen, coupled with proven leadership ability. You must be highly goal-oriented, capable of taking charge of individual initiatives, deeply understanding client needs, and consistently meeting firm schedules. The position requires the capacity for occasional periods of intense concentration and average physical strength and stamina. You will work within a standard office environment that has little exposure to noise, dust, or fumes, but it requires extensive travel.
Your career path will align with our corporate officer positions, reporting functionally to the CTO, COO, and CBDO under the ultimate leadership of the CEO. These business areas provide clear avenues for career development, including progression toward Technology Leads who may aspire to become Practice Leads.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
The responsibilities are organized into three core business areas that drive our company's success.
Technology and Innovation
You are responsible for architecting robust technical solutions. This includes designing intake workflows that clarify scope, constraints, and success metrics before any code is written. You will architect solutions utilizing Salesforce, Tableau CRM, and Einstein 1 Studio, while strategically integrating external data sources. Your governance over data models, security settings, and overall platform health across the technology stack is critical. You will orchestrate builds through disciplined sprints, version control, and continuous verification against requirements. also, you will drive continuous improvement by documenting patterns, updating playbooks, and sharing insights across teams to maintain our technological leadership.
Operations
Operational excellence ensures successful project delivery. You will coordinate ship activities, which include managing deployment pipelines, crafting release notes, and conducting post-launch validation. You are tasked with maintaining governance over data models and security settings to ensure platform health. By orchestrating builds through disciplined sprints and continuous verification, you ensure that every project remains aligned with client requirements and quality standards.
Business Development
This dimension focuses on forging and maintaining client partnerships. You will champion reviews that surface risks early, align stakeholders, and refine outcomes through structured feedback. Your role involves coordinating closely with implementation teams to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned commercial expectations. By guiding complex client journeys from discovery to long-term support, you forge partnerships that reinforce trust and deliver lasting value.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing complex projects within professional services settings. You must hold a solid familiarity with consulting delivery methods, practice management, and solution design principles. The ability to sustain focus during intensive sessions and travel extensively while maintaining consistent performance is essential. You must operate effectively within standard office conditions, including typical environmental factors.
Nice to Have
Demonstrated experience in sustainability-focused programs, leadership development initiatives, or active participation in employee resource groups is highly valued.
Skills and Tools
Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau CRM, and Einstein 1 Studio is required.
