What you'll do
Spearhead the design and implementation of comprehensive digital transformation programs for strategic clients.
Champion the integration of emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges and unlock new revenue streams.
Own the end to end delivery of solution portfolios ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal quality standards.
Analyze intricate business problems and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics.
Lead the development and execution of practice level business plans including revenue targets, resource planning, and profitability analysis.
Forge strong client relationships through executive level engagement and consistent demonstration of value and results.
Mentor and develop a team of technology and operations professionals fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Drive the adoption of industry best practices and standardized methodologies to enhance solution quality and scalability.
Identify and evaluate new tools, platforms, and innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge in solution delivery.
Collaborate with operations and business development leaders to ensure seamless execution and commercial success of engagements.
Manage solution lifecycles from initial scoping and discovery through detailed design, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
Conduct regular performance reviews of practice initiatives and adjust strategies based on data driven insights and market feedback.

Act as a subject matter expert in relevant technology domains to advise clients on strategic direction and implementation choices.
Requirements
Must be a United States citizen or current permanent resident of the United States of America.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance or higher if required for client projects.
Must be able to pass a background check and meet all eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable for personal vehicle use if travel is required as part of this role.
Must be willing and able to travel domestically as needed to support client engagements which may include overnight stays.
Must be able to work in a normal office environment with minimal exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and other standard office conditions.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients at all organizational levels.
Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced professional service environment.

Practical notes
This role requires extensive travel to client sites which may include overnight stays.
