Requirements
Experience of 10+ years in developing embedded computing products such as single board computers, personality modules, video processors, power supplies, and similar technologies is required.
Familiarity with modern embedded processors including ARM, PowerPC, and FPGA is required.
A minimum of 7 years in product development or management roles is required, with at least 5 years in the space and defense industry.
Prior experience developing space and defense computing products, including flight computers, mission or payload processing systems, and storage devices, is required.
A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in engineering, systems engineering, or science is required.
Deep understanding of the space and defense market, including industry trends and regulatory requirements, must be maintained.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities are required.
Proficiency in product management, hardware and software development methodologies is required.
Experience with market analysis and competitive analysis is required.
The ability to obtain security clearance is required.
