The is responsible for leading and executing marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention across defined audience segments. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and creative departments to develop comprehensive campaign strategies that align with broader business objectives and growth targets. Based in Wroclaw, Poland, the Senior Campaign Manager will manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes for each initiative. The position requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies across multiple marketing channels consistently throughout the entire fiscal year
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaign messaging with established brand standards and guidelines
- Manage campaign budgets carefully and track all spending against allocated resources on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Analyze detailed campaign performance data and optimize strategies based on measurable results, key insights, and audience feedback
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of all campaign assets, creative materials, and supporting documents
- Create detailed campaign timelines and ensure that all project milestones are met according to established deadlines and deliverables
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities regularly to inform ongoing campaign strategy and make necessary tactical adjustments promptly
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and controlled experiments to improve overall campaign effectiveness over time and across diverse audience segments
- Report on campaign return on investment and present clear findings to senior stakeholders using data visualization and narrative formats
- Manage the full campaign calendar and ensure consistent execution across all planned initiatives, launches, and promotional activities
- Work with the analytics team to define key performance indicators and establish benchmarks for measuring campaign success
- Oversee the creative review process to ensure all campaign materials meet quality standards and brand guidelines before launch
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is required for this position
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or a closely related discipline
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from initial concept through final execution and review
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in data-driven decision making, performance measurement, and continuous optimization practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to present complex findings clearly to diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and adherence to established timelines
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management systems is considered essential for this role
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the demonstrated capacity to prioritize effectively under competing deadlines and pressures
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms for tracking, reporting, and interpreting campaign performance metrics accurately
- Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams and managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
