About the role
The Practice Marketing Partner serves as the primary marketing liaison between Vitana and its partner practices, acting as a strategic connector and trusted advisor. This role owns the end-to-end coordination of marketing plans and local growth initiatives for assigned practices, ensuring alignment between doctor vision, office manager priorities, and internal team capabilities. You will build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders while developing and maintaining comprehensive annual marketing plans and practice marketing calendars. The position requires proactive coordination of marketing activities, from community events and school partnerships to promotions and referral initiatives, always maintaining strict brand consistency. You will manage all brand scripts, messaging, and brand standards, while also coordinating photography, logos, style guides, and other supporting creative materials. A core responsibility is to maximize practice marketing opportunities by coordinating internal marketing support and facilitating seamless communication between practices and the internal marketing team. Success in this role is defined by the ability to increase practice engagement and ensure efficient execution of projects without owning technical execution channels like SEO or paid media.

What you'll do
Coordinate marketing requests for brochures, flyers, signage, promotional materials, website content requests, photography, practice events, and campaign support.
Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned partner practices, acting as the central hub for all marketing communications and initiatives.
Conduct regular marketing meetings to review performance, priorities, upcoming initiatives, and new opportunities with doctors, office managers, and operations leaders.
Develop and maintain annual marketing plans and practice marketing calendars that outline proactive strategies and execution timelines.
Build trusted relationships with doctors, office managers, and operations leaders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
Encourage proactive planning and consistent execution of marketing initiatives throughout the year to maximize impact and engagement.
Maintain brand scripts, messaging, and brand standards for assigned practices to ensure all materials reflect approved guidelines.
Coordinate photography sessions, manage logos, and safeguard style guides and brand assets to support cohesive visual identity.
Participate in quality assurance reviews to verify that marketing materials remain consistent with approved brand standards before distribution.
Coordinate internal marketing support to structure and maximize practice marketing opportunities during key promotional periods.
Maintain project, communication, and status documentation within ClickUp to ensure transparency and accountability across teams.
Facilitate communication between partner practices and internal marketing specialists to streamline requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Work closely with the VP of Marketing and marketing specialists to align priorities and support practice growth through collaborative planning.
Coordinate practice participation in marketing initiatives and ensure projects move efficiently through the organization from concept to execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is required for this role.
Possess 5-8 years of marketing experience supporting multiple brands, locations, or clients in relevant environments.
Bring demonstrated experience in healthcare, dentistry, franchise, agency, or multi-location organizations to apply context-specific knowledge.
Show strong project management, organizational, and communication skills to handle complex requests and shifting priorities.
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while building productive relationships across diverse stakeholders.
Apply success in building and maintaining relationships with external partners and internal teams to drive collaborative outcomes.
Use strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity in requirements, feedback, and project updates.
Employ attention to detail to maintain brand consistency and accuracy across all marketing materials and documentation.
Utilize experience with project management tools to track progress, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders informed.

Experience in healthcare, dentistry, franchise, agency, or multi-location organizations preferred for context familiarity.
Strong background in brand stewardship and marketing content coordination within multi-location settings.
Practical notes
This role operates during standard business hours with flexibility to coordinate across time zones as needed for partner meetings.
Travel is not required for this position as all coordination is conducted remotely or from the Plantation, FL location.
This position does not require visa sponsorship at this time.
