This position requires you to provide strategic insights on both operational and product-related matters while ensuring our partners' needs are effectively communicated within Via. You will also be responsible for meeting specific revenue targets.

What you'll do
- Develop a comprehensive strategic vision for partners by assessing their strengths and weaknesses, enabling them to reach ambitious goals.
- Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with partners by understanding their challenges, proposing effective solutions, and identifying opportunities for service growth and increased revenue.
- Regularly analyze service performance metrics to provide partners with actionable insights that improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Lead negotiations for contract renewals and service expansions to enhance annual revenue from existing partnerships.
- Employ research and analytical abilities to navigate the complexities of your market, creating persuasive business cases for our platform and demonstrating our value across various sectors.
- Collaborate closely with clients as a strategic partner, aiding them in formulating regional transit plans and pinpointing funding opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring that partner feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Provide training and support to partners on Via's products and services, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of our solutions on their operations.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Via and expand professional networks.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating a successful track record in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or similar fields, ideally with experience in the public sector.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and celebrate partner successes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in engaging stakeholders, delivering product demonstrations, and crafting compelling proposals.
- Comfortable working with data; capable of extracting insights from complex datasets and translating them into practical recommendations.
- Solid commercial acumen, with the ability to discern when to advocate for a deal and when to find common ground.
- Self-driven and dependable, thriving in fast-paced environments and embracing challenges with a proactive mindset.
- Team-oriented, contributing as an individual while also mentoring peers and celebrating team achievements.
- Experience in renewals, upselling, and fostering relationships with senior leaders and executives.
- Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time as required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $160,000-$210,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes variable pay and equity options.
