About the role
You will work alongside Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to build and scale the systems and analytics that drive our go-to-market strategy. This role focuses on optimizing sales workflows and internal tooling to support our rapid growth. You will report to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy and Operations. In this capacity, you will own the design and execution of analytical frameworks that provide insight into sales performance and pipeline health. You will act as a systems integrator, ensuring that data flows seamlessly between critical GTM platforms and internal databases. The role requires a proactive mindset to diagnose bottlenecks and translate business requests into technical specifications. You will be a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are both robust and user-friendly. This position is instrumental in driving data-informed decisions that enhance sales productivity and forecasting accuracy.

What you'll do
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to improve data pipelines and sales efficiency by mapping current state and future state workflows.
- Interview stakeholders to identify usability issues within Salesforce and other internal platforms, documenting findings and translating them into actionable requirements.
- Contribute to the product roadmap for core GTM tools to ensure they scale with company growth, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic objectives.
- Execute process improvements, system configurations, and custom enhancements to increase sales velocity, monitoring impact through defined KPIs.
- Partner with GTM engineers to build solutions that align with business deliverables and OKRs, ensuring technical implementations meet business outcomes.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions to document business needs and challenge existing processes, uncovering opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Maintain documentation for system assumptions and workflows while identifying areas for optimization, ensuring knowledge is shared and accessible.
- Recommend improvements to development standards and integration patterns, promoting best practices across the engineering and operations teams.
- Develop lightweight automations using Python, Apex, or JavaScript to connect systems, reducing manual work and potential for error.
- Analyze sales data to generate insights that inform strategic decisions, creating dashboards and reports that track performance against targets.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and track metrics that indicate the health of the sales funnel and customer acquisition process.
- Ensure data integrity and governance across platforms, establishing standards for how information is collected, stored, and utilized.
- Support the rollout of new tools and features by coordinating with training and change management initiatives for end users.
- Provide ongoing support for existing systems, troubleshooting issues and iterating on enhancements based on user feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Math, CS, Business, or a related technical field, providing a foundational understanding of analytical and technical principles.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM product management, revenue operations, or business systems, demonstrating a track record of impact.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, showing proficiency in navigating and configuring the platform to support sales operations.
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as Outreach, Marketo, ZoomInfo, or Clari, indicating an understanding of the sales technology landscape.
- Knowledge of SQL and basic proficiency in Python or JavaScript, enabling interaction with data and automation of tasks.
- Experience designing integrations between GTM systems, illustrating an ability to connect disparate tools into a cohesive ecosystem.
- Understanding of the full sales lifecycle, including lead-to-opportunity, channel sales, and renewals, ensuring context for system design.
- Familiarity with UI/UX and process-mapping tools like Figma or Lucidchart, supporting the visualization of workflows and user experiences.
- Understanding of Agile development and project management, allowing for effective collaboration in iterative environments.
- Ability to work on-site in San Mateo, CA, 5 days per week, ensuring consistent presence and collaboration with the team.
Practical notes
- Annual OTE range: $160,000 to $175,000 USD.
