As a Product Owner for the Casino division at Ventureslab, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our gaming products. What you'll do

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the casino portfolio, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring that the needs of the users and the business are met.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance the gaming experience, focusing on usability and engagement.
• Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the casino space.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure that features are built according to specifications and delivered on schedule.
• Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback, using insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing updates and insights to stakeholders and team members.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging creative solutions and new ideas.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the gaming or technology sector, with a focus on casino products preferred.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making and product enhancements.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles and best practices in the gaming industry.
• A degree in business, computer science, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to online gaming is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience with casino game development or a background in game design.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
