What you'll do
- Analyze end-to-end journeys for roles spanning the fashion, home, wine, travel, and beauty sectors, ensuring a standardized experience across all European offices while adapting to local market specifics.
- Design and implement structured assessment activities, mapping specific sourcing channels, screening methodologies, and interview flows tailored to the unique demands of each profile within the marketplace context.
- Orchestrate the early stages of candidate intake, meticulously confirming role details and navigating the complex regulatory frameworks for each European territory to ensure full compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional review checkpoints where hiring teams rigorously assess candidate fit, calibrate evaluation standards, and document decisions with precision to maintain objectivity.
- Lead the critical "ship" conversations, managing offer elements, timelines, and acceptance conditions for selected individuals to secure high-quality hires efficiently.
- Challenge selection criteria actively, mitigate unconscious bias, and promote diverse candidate slates to ensure fair and inclusive hiring practices that reflect the global community served.
- Track key metrics such as sourcing outcomes, time-to-fill, and quality of hire, using this data to refine channel strategies and team workflows for continuous optimization.

Requirements
To excel in this capacity, you must bring a minimum of three years and a maximum of five years of hands-on experience within talent acquisition functions. A proven track record working within marketplaces, platform businesses, or consumer-facing digital services is essential for understanding the specific challenges of this environment. You must be a fluent French speaker and operate with confidence in English, demonstrating proficiency in both written documents and verbal discussions to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. The role requires the ability to travel within the Paris region in accordance with evolving business needs and schedules to engage with teams and partners directly. A strong understanding of managing confidential information and strict adherence to data protection regulations is non-negotiable given the sensitive nature of hiring processes.
