What you'll do
Multi-market and multi-language campaign operations are supported alongside local marketing teams to enable consistent global execution. Functional and technical documentation and knowledge base articles are maintained to preserve institutional understanding. Leadership is provided during peak marketing periods, such as major campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events, to ensure continuity. KPIs including deliverability, engagement, and journey performance are monitored, with optimization recommendations presented to improve outcomes.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions is mandatory.
Marketing Cloud scripting and personalization concepts sufficient to diagnose content and personalization issues must be understood, even though custom code production is not performed.
Marketing Cloud integration patterns, including connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and data synchronization with CRM/Commerce platforms, are required.
Incident and problem management experience in an ITSM/SLA-driven environment is necessary.
Conducting impact analysis and writing functional specifications for evolutions is required.
Email deliverability, marketing compliance, and multi-channel messaging understanding is essential.
Stakeholder communication skills must enable effective collaboration with global and local marketing teams.
Nice to have
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or Developer certification is advantageous.
Experience supporting multi-market, multi-language marketing operations is beneficial.
Familiarity with additional channels such as WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, and LINE is helpful.
Experience in retail or luxury goods marketing environments offers relevant context.
