Lead the discovery and synthesis phase to transform ambiguous business challenges into clear strategic directions.
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities.
Architect comprehensive brand frameworks that connect business objectives with customer experiences across digital touchpoints.
Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders, articulating the rationale and expected impact of proposed directions.
Champion a culture of experimentation by establishing feedback loops to refine and validate strategic assumptions over time.
Apply mastery of French and English to develop nuanced messaging and positioning for diverse audiences.
Utilize results from past campaigns as a foundation for building new strategies, ensuring decisions are informed by measurable performance.
Guide the development of content, paid media, and channel strategies to ensure alignment with the overarching brand framework.
Support the definition of success metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
Act as a subject matter expert within the digital practice, mentoring junior team members and elevating the quality of collective output.
Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with digital branding trends, AI applications, and technology innovations.
Requirements
Proven experience defining brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for international clients, including in luxury, retail, or FMCG.
Demonstrated experience in brand strategy or design for digital platforms, or managing digital platforms, or leading digital teams.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Mastery of French.
Mastery of English.
Bachelor's degree required.
