Scrum Master
Job description
About the role
This position centers on enabling digital delivery teams to perform at a high level through servant leadership and process guidance. You will act as a catalyst for agile transformation, ensuring that teams adhere to and evolve their use of Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices. A core part of this role is protecting the team from external distractions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making. You will be expected to coach teams on self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and the removal of impediments that slow down value delivery. Success in this role is measured by the health of the team and the predictability of the delivery, rather than just the output of code. You will work closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, ensure clear acceptance criteria, and maintain a transparent workflow that stakeholders can easily understand. This position requires a strong balance between empathy for team members and the discipline required to meet client expectations and deadlines. You will be a key communicator, translating complex agile concepts into practical actions that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
