About the role
This position owns the full procurement lifecycle for Professional Services and Consulting. You will manage active agreement portfolios, overseeing scope, pricing, amendments, and renewals while coordinating intake requests to deliver a seamless experience for internal stakeholders. You will oversee sourcing cycles, handle tenders, and maintain strong supplier relationships while engaging multiple stakeholders effectively. The role requires strong commercial acumen to read, negotiate, and challenge contracts, including professional services agreements, master supply agreements, and statements of work. You will operate in complex, multi-country settings, influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority. Comfort with ambiguity is required as you build category structures where little or no structure currently exists. You will use analytical skills to build spend baselines, conduct market benchmarking, and construct business cases for sourcing decisions. Clear written and spoken English communication is mandatory, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required.

Leverage LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to accelerate procurement deliverables, automate routine tasks, and enhance analytical output.
Requirements
Eight years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience in professional services, consulting, or indirect categories within fast-paced Technology or Digital Consultancy environments is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is expected.
A track record of leading sourcing events, managing supplier negotiations, and delivering measurable cost outcomes is necessary.
Strong commercial acumen to read, negotiate, and challenge contracts, including professional services agreements, master supply agreements, and statements of work is required.
Ability to operate in complex, multi-country settings while influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority is essential.
