What you'll do

Report pipeline metrics and talent supply insights to leadership to guide strategic workforce planning.
Collaborate with HR partners to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policy adherence.
Assist in designing candidate experience improvements to strengthen employer brand perception.
Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is mandatory.
