- Day Shift
- Saturday to Monday (5am - 5pm) $20+/hr.</span></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Overview</strong></p> <p>US Conec is seeking a proactive and Audit Lead to directs workers engaged in auditing all production kits by performing the duties listed below.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet shipping schedules.</li> <li>Approve auditors' weekly timecards on time for payroll purposes.</li> <li>Examines audit work to ensure they meet acceptable quality levels specifications.</li> <li>Trains auditors on acceptable quality levels and quality inspection procedures</li> <li>Adjusts work assignments to complete higher-priority work first.</li> <li>Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.</li> <li>Completes hourly inspections of operator work to ensure quality standards and audits all completed work based upon written Acceptable Quality Level standards.</li> <li>Maintains a clean and orderly work area.</li> <li>Maintains the organization of the 'Audit-Out' shelving based on the shipping schedule.</li> <li>Collect and label weekly scrap with the corresponding week.</li> <li>Communicates any quality issues or concerns and works with the Manufacturing Engineer, Production Leads and Production Supervisors.</li> <li>Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments</li> <li>Adjusts work assignments to complete expedites or same-day requests.</li> <li>Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency of the audit group.</li> <li>Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.</li> <li>Inspects finished product and documents dispositions.</li> <li>Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.</li> <li>Compiles quality issues and adds quality logs or reports.</li> <li>Cross-train to the Special Operations lead position.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Must Haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and on the job experience.</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in both spoken and written form.</li> <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Power Point.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.</li> <li>Results oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changes
