Product Manager (HR/HCM)
Job description
About the role
Unit4 is seeking a dedicated Product Lead, HR & Compensation Modules to take ownership of the strategic direction and execution of our Human Capital Management suite. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role where you will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for HR and Compensation modules. You will operate without formal authority, influencing partners through expertise, clarity, and evidence-based reasoning rather than hierarchy. The position demands deep, operational fluency in HR processes and compliance landscapes to ensure our products solve real-world problems for customers across numerous countries and regulatory environments. You will translate complex market needs and business rationales into precise technical specifications for Engineering, User Experience, and Quality Assurance teams. This role involves direct accountability for the HR and Compensation modules within our portfolio, aligning product direction with corporate objectives and specific international compliance demands.
