About the role
You own the end-to-end journey of tooling inside our PMO. You remove friction from project delivery through data and AI. You serve as the central expert for Azure DevOps and Microsoft platforms. In this ePMO Tooling, AI and Center of Excellence Project Manager role at Unit4, you design a future state PMO tooling roadmap aligned with business outcomes. You champion AI automation inside project workflows using Copilot and Power Platform. You configure and evolve Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and MS Project ecosystems for scale. You translate stakeholder demands into clear technical specs for solution builders. You orchestrate standard methods, document templates, and knowledge architecture.
What you'll do
Design a future state PMO tooling roadmap aligned with business outcomes. Champion AI automation inside project workflows using Copilot and Power Platform. Configure and evolve Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and MS Project ecosystems for scale. Translate stakeholder demands into clear technical specs for solution builders. Orchestrate standard methods, document templates, and knowledge architecture. Craft user guides, step by step procedures, and structured learning assets. Deliver hands on training sessions that drive adoption across project teams. Partner with technology owners to ensure reliable integration between systems. Champion quality rules and governance that protects data and process integrity. Explore new AI opportunities to boost forecasting, reporting, and insight generation. Define and maintain metrics that demonstrate the value of tooling investments. Streamline change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new tools. Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for automation. Maintain a prioritized backlog of tooling enhancements and improvements.
Requirements
You must have operated inside a PMO or ePMO setting in prior work. You must have hands on experience with Azure DevOps structure and configuration. You must know Microsoft tools such as Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, and Planner. You must convert business needs into clear technology solutions for tooling. You must understand AI tools and automation within business or project contexts. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced, agile, and changing environment. You must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team oriented setting.
Nice to have
You have background in SaaS, ERP, or consulting settings. You have integrated tools across complex enterprise landscapes using APIs or PPM tools. You hold certifications in Microsoft technologies or PMO frameworks like Power Platform or P3O. You have implemented AI solutions inside a PMO or project environment. You have experience with data modeling and reporting within project management tools. You are familiar with IT service management practices and standards. You have led training programs or change initiatives for large groups of users. You have a strong understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy principles.

Practical notes
Work location is Wrocław, Poland. Engagement is full time. This role involves collaboration with global teams across time zones. Travel may be required within Poland and to other European locations. Visa support may be provided for candidates requiring it. The position is subject to change based on business needs and strategic priorities.
