Requirements

- Proven experience in negotiating land use agreements and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly to various audiences.
- Proficiency in GIS software and other land use planning tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
