Renewals Specialist guides customer renewals and growth for enterprise accounts using the UiPath platform. What you'll do
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business success for enterprise accounts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions and workflows.
Proactively resolve issues and manage the renewal process to ensure timely contract renewals and continuity.
Retain and expand subscription revenue by identifying and pursuing growth opportunities within existing client portfolios.
Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in renewals, sales, or account management within a tech or SaaS environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to overcome roadblocks and navigate complex customer interactions effectively.
Clear communication abilities to convey complex solutions and generate customer interest and understanding.
Skilled management of enterprise-level client portfolios to build and sustain long-term relationships.
Proven collaboration across internal and external teams to align solutions with organizational objectives.
Comfortable negotiation with procurement departments to handle contract terms and renewal processes.
Experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account management and relationship tracking.
