About the role
You will manage a select group of high-revenue banking clients, acting as the primary lead for global strategy and execution. Based in the UK Banking team, you will coordinate internal resources and executive stakeholders to drive the adoption of automation and AI solutions across complex financial organizations. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle for marquee institutions, aligning their operational ambitions with UiPath's automation platforms. You will be responsible for translating intricate business challenges into compelling, value-based narratives that resonate at the highest levels of the organization. This role demands a consultative approach where you act as a trusted advisor rather than a traditional vendor. You will leverage deep industry insights to shape the direction of key accounts and influence long-term digital transformation roadmaps. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to foster executive-level sponsorship and secure strategic commitments that yield sustainable growth.

What you'll do
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue and account value within the financial services sector.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and maintain precise pipeline forecasting for senior leadership.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and structure multi-year enterprise agreements.
- Promote the UiPath brand by demonstrating the business value of automation to C-suite and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure clients realize long-term value from their implementations.
- Build and maintain relationships with global systems integrators and local partners to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor market conditions, regulatory shifts, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Develop and maintain detailed account plans that map stakeholders, decision criteria, and growth opportunities.
- Identify and champion strategic initiatives that expand the scope and depth of engagement within existing accounts.
- Conduct competitive analysis to position UiPath offerings against alternative automation solutions effectively.
- Utilize data analytics to track health metrics and identify risks or opportunities within the customer base.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex deals, ensuring alignment across legal, finance, and delivery functions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in value-based or solution selling.
- Demonstrated success in hitting sales quotas and growing enterprise client portfolios.
- Ability to explain AI capabilities and ROI metrics to executive leadership and technical teams.
- Knowledge of financial services operational priorities, including KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
- Understanding of banking procurement processes, including vendor risk assessments and data residency requirements.
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time, including international trips outside of the UK.
- Bachelor degree is preferred.
- Proven experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for crafting high-impact proposals and presentations.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Commitment to adhering to company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and reference verification as part of the hiring process.
