What you'll do
- Develop marketing strategies and operational frameworks that align with overarching business objectives and long-term vision.
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify underlying trends, diagnose issues, and synthesize findings into clear reports for executive leadership consumption.
- Examine the end-to-end marketing funnel to pinpoint specific opportunities for improvement in pipeline generation and conversion efficiency.
- Manage complex marketing projects from initiation to closure while meticulously tracking the progress of intricate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Facilitate seamless communication and information flow between the Marketing department and Go-To-Market teams to ensure cohesion and shared understanding.
- Design and maintain the standard operating procedures and data models that provide the foundational structure for marketing planning and analysis activities.
- Partner closely with Finance and Analytics to build robust forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and ensure budget adherence across all marketing campaigns.
- Lead the documentation of key processes to create a scalable knowledge base that supports continuity and enables team members to operate with clarity.
- Interpret complex technical data concepts and key business metrics, translating them into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing tools and systems, recommending optimizations or new solutions that enhance productivity and data accuracy.
- Coordinate timelines and dependencies across various workstreams to ensure that marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule and meet defined quality standards.
- Drive the creation of dashboards and reporting assets that provide real-time visibility into marketing performance and campaign outcomes.
- Act as a subject matter expert in marketing operations, providing guidance and best practices to team members seeking to improve their workflows.
- Support the development of scenario models and what-if analyses to help leadership evaluate the potential impact of strategic marketing decisions before implementation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting within the B2B SaaS industry sector.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Analytics to drive complex projects to successful completion.
- Demonstrated proficiency with business intelligence tools, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and sophisticated marketing automation systems.
- Comfortable discussing intricate technical data concepts and a wide range of key business metrics with confidence and precision.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and strong project management skills, with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for conveying detailed analyses and recommendations to both technical and executive audiences.
- A meticulous attention to detail ensuring high levels of accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all deliverables and data outputs.
- Self-motivated work ethic with the discipline to manage independent work schedules and meet commitments without constant supervision.

- San Francisco Bay Area, California: $137,520 - $171,900
