JOB SUMMARY The organization seeks a versatile Full Stack Engineer. You will join the development team. In this capacity, you will design, build, and scale modern web applications and microservices. RESPONSIBILITIES - Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications and microservices using Python and React. - API & Service Architecture: Build clean, efficient RESTful APIs and seamlessly integrate complex backend services. - Cloud & DevOps Alignment: Support containerized deployments. Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines within cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS. - AI Tooling & Integration: use modern AI-powered development tools. Optimize workflows and incorporate Generative AI capabilities and model integrations where applicable. - Agile Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and software design discussions to maintain high code quality and architectural standards. QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS - Python & React: Bring 3+ years of experience in software development. Demonstrate strong, hands-on proficiency in Python and React. - API & Microservices Architecture: Show proven experience designing and building scalable REST APIs and microservices architectures. - Cloud & Containerization: Possess a solid understanding of cloud platforms. AWS knowledge is preferred. Understand CI/CD practices and containerized deployments, such as Docker. - Software Design & Methodology: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills. Apply solid software design principles. Have experience working in an Agile development setup. - Language Proficiency: Use advanced or fluent English communication skills.
