What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable, resilient microservices using the .NET ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and enhance secure, high-performance full-stack web applications leveraging C#, Angular, and SQL Server for enterprise-grade solutions.
• Design, optimize, and maintain complex database schemas, stored procedures, and SQL queries to support scalability and data integrity.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while enforcing quality through comprehensive unit and integration testing strategies.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools and coding assistants to accelerate development cycles and improve software quality outcomes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across development, testing, and production environments with minimal disruption.
• Apply best practices in software architecture, multi-threading, data structures, and N-Tier application design to solve intricate technical challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage source code using Git and contribute to modern CI/CD workflows that enhance deployment efficiency and reliability.
• Take full ownership of technical deliverables, ensuring that solutions meet rigorous standards for reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Optimize application performance by analyzing bottlenecks and implementing strategies that ensure responsive and efficient user experiences.
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are addressed throughout the application lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on coding standards, architectural decisions, and problem-solving techniques.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and foster a culture of collective ownership and continuous learning.
• Explore emerging technologies and innovative approaches to improve product capabilities and development workflows.

Requirements

• Bring 5+ years of professional experience developing web applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL to the table.
• Demonstrate strong experience with MS SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and relational database design.
• Show a proven track record of building scalable enterprise SaaS applications that meet business and technical demands.
• Exhibit familiarity with AWS services or other cloud platforms, highlighting your ability to deploy and manage solutions in the cloud.
• Share knowledge of GraphQL and modern API development practices, underlining your readiness to design flexible and efficient interfaces.
• Reveal experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar coding agents in your workflow.
• Display understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, MCP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) within practical contexts.
• Emphasize a solid grasp of HTML, CSS, software architecture, multi-threading, and performance optimization techniques.
• Apply strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills to navigate complex technical scenarios.
• Demonstrate experience writing unit and integration tests and working in Shift Left development environments to ensure early quality detection.
• Maintain a self-motivated mindset, collaborating effectively within teams while committing to the delivery of high-quality software.
• Communicate clearly using strong written and verbal English skills to facilitate collaboration and understanding.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or show equivalent practical experience that validates your expertise.
