This Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET & Angular) role centers on remote collaboration within a team dedicated to public sector clients, where you will own the full lifecycle of cloud-native SaaS products from conception through maintenance. You will design and deliver reliable, secure systems by applying modern engineering practices and guiding solutions from initial discovery to deployment and ongoing support. This position provides the flexibility of remote work while placing your expertise at the core of high-impact applications that serve public institutions and their constituents. You will work closely with cross-functional, Agile teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities. What you'll do
Design and implement scalable, resilient microservices using the .NET ecosystem to support enterprise-grade workloads and demanding public sector requirements.
Develop and enhance secure, responsive front-end experiences with Angular, ensuring alignment with complex, demanding workflows and user expectations.
Optimize complex database schemas, stored procedures, and SQL queries to meet strict performance, scalability, and reliability targets.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, enforcing quality through comprehensive unit and integration testing practices.
use AI-assisted development tools and coding assistants to improve development speed, code quality, and overall productivity on demanding projects.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve intricate issues across development, testing, and production environments with minimal disruption to critical systems.
Apply best practices in software architecture, multi-threading, data structures, and N-Tier application design to create robust, future-proof solutions.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment, transparency, and continuous process improvement.
Manage source code using Git and contribute to modern CI/CD workflows, supporting automation, deployment reliability, and release discipline.
Take ownership of technical deliverables, ensuring that solutions remain reliable, performant, maintainable, and aligned with evolving public sector needs over time.
Conduct detailed code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of quality, knowledge sharing, and collective code ownership.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify technical risks, and translate business needs into actionable technical tasks.
Implement monitoring, logging, and diagnostic strategies to support operational visibility and rapid response to incidents in production environments.
Evaluate emerging technologies and tools, conducting assessments to determine their applicability and potential benefits for public sector software initiatives.
Support the full deployment pipeline, including build, test, staging, and production releases, ensuring smooth and reliable delivery of software updates.
Requirements
Bring five or more years of professional experience developing web applications using C Sharp, . NET, Angular, and SQL, demonstrating a proven track record in enterprise environments.
Handle MS SQL Server confidently, optimizing indexes, queries, and relational designs for efficiency, scale, and long-term maintainability.
Demonstrated ability to develop scalable enterprise SaaS solutions that operate reliably in production environments and meet stringent uptime requirements.
Experience with AWS or comparable cloud platforms, including configuring infrastructure, managing cloud services, and implementing secure cloud architectures.
Understanding of GraphQL and contemporary API development practices to design flexible, modern interfaces that integrate diverse systems effectively.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agents to enhance development workflows and maintain high code quality.
Solid grasp of AI fundamentals, including LLMs, MCP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation methods, and their practical applications in software engineering contexts.
Mastery of HTML, CSS, software architecture, concurrency, and performance optimization techniques to build responsive, high-performance systems.
Strong analytical debugging and troubleshooting abilities to dissect complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Experience writing unit and integration tests, thriving in Shift Left environments that emphasize quality, early validation, and risk reduction.
