Trtglobal Solutions is seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our dynamic team in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines. What you'll do

Oversee the daily operations of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal service levels.
Manage server configurations and ensure that all hardware and software components are up to date and functioning properly.
Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access to systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related challenges and provide technical support as needed.
Conduct regular system audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement or upgrades.
Document IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.
Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations, to enhance overall infrastructure capabilities.
Provide training and support to end-users to promote effective use of IT resources and tools.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity in the event of a system failure.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage procurement processes for hardware and software requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their integration into existing infrastructures.
Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation and system management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks.

Nice to have

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools.
Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
Previous experience in a similar industry or working in a multinational environment.
